Although Kevan does not sound very Latin and of course he is not he has spent many years travelling and working in Puerto Rico the Latin dance capital of the world.
Kevan first visited a bar in Puerto Rico in 1998 where he was entranced by the people dancing and singing to Merengue. He began to realise his passion for Latin music and very quickly learned to dance Merengue and Salsa.
As a professional trainer Kevan combines these skills with his passion for Latin and natural dance movements to help people realise their potential in dancing to the Latin sounds.
Irma Paraiso certainly does sound Latin. In fact Paraiso is Spanish for Paradise.
Irma is from the Philippines which was once colonised by the Spanish.
The Filipinos have a close culture to the Latinos with dance and song in their blood and the natural body movements to the Latin sounds.
As most Filipinos Irma has been dancing from the moment she could walk.
